I just confirmed that Bluesky is indeed marking the DHS leak link as "Malicious".
As a result, I am letting my Bluesky account go inactive as of tomorrow. This is a terrible decision by @moderation.bsky.app that mirrors the absolute worst cowardice of Twitter. I'll be deactivating my games bot too.
